Cover of "Sprint" book

Authored by Jake Knapp

The authors of this book lay out a step-by-step guide to running a week-long design spring to solve major problems. I learned much about staying on task, defining scope and orienting a team of people around a common goal to find an efficient failure or a flawed success.

After reading the book, our design team had the opportunity to run a sprint in-house. We took a confused project and set out to solve the major problem of "what is it"? After a week of hard work and research, we were able to breath life into a project that was in great need.
